I was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management through Indiana University. My background for the past 20 years includes leasing, buying, selling and managing real estate. I have experience with single family homes, condos and multi-family complexes up to1000 units. Since I have lived in the area all my life I know it well and have many connections that can prove beneficial to a real estate transaction. I have served on various housing and city boards both in Indiana and Michigan that were responsible for zoning, housing decisions and architectural approval for requested changes. This, along with my property management experience, has afforded me the ability to possess a "critical eye" when it comes to real estate. This is not to say I pretend to know what an inspector knows; I do leave inspections to the professionals.
